Digital Consulting Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Financials

About the role

This role will lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, guiding future-state architecture across core finance processes and modules. The position partners closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to align requirements, shape scalable solutions, and support successful implementation outcomes. It also involves establishing standards and best practices while helping mentor project and technical teams across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Develop complex solution architecture for Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AR, Assets, Cash Lease Accounting, AP, and Projects.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Lead senior client interactions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Execute or oversee configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams for seamless end-to-end design.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience leading design and architecture solutions across finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
• Ability to manage complex global designs, including multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Consulting background preferred; Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and collaboration.
• Ability to train and mentor staff in project management and technical skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Compensation

$165,000 – $190,000 annually

Location & Schedule

Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Travel up to 50% as needed.
