Digital Consulting Director, Oracle Cloud Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Risk Management solutions
• Gather requirements and oversee documentation and testing processes
• Collaborate with clients to design their future-state business processes
• Execute and supervise configuration, testing, and training
• Mentor junior staff and oversee daily project execution
• Contribute to practice development and recommend best implementation practices
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including client presentations

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in consulting with enterprise-scale platform implementations
• 6+ years experience specifically with Oracle Cloud
• At least 1 end-to-end Risk Management implementation
• Skilled in project management and implementation planning
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Prominent in establishing credibility with senior executives
• Demonstrated thought leadership through public speaking or publications
• Experience supervising and developing junior staff
