Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation of Grants Management in Oracle Cloud for research administration
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to shape future-state designs
- Oversee configuration, testing, and user training/support
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting
- Set standards and best practices for ERP implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, especially in financial management areas
- Expertise in post-award research administration, preferably in higher education
- Experience with Oracle Project Management Cloud for configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for relationship building
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff on project management and technical skills
