Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle PPM

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle PPM to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide clients through complex project portfolio management transformations, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud ERP and future-state process design. You will lead solutioning efforts that align business requirements, technical execution, and implementation best practices to deliver scalable, compliant outcomes. The position also partners closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery, testing, and end-user adoption. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle PPM, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs
• Implement Oracle Cloud Projects, collaborating closely with senior team members for successful delivery
• Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solutions
• Execute or oversee configuration, testing, and training/end-user support
• Collaborate with technical teams on design and testing of conversions and integrations
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP
• Hands-on experience designing solutions across PPM processes and modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus
• Experience in healthcare or higher education industries is a plus

Pay

$145,000 – $170,000 annually
