About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud Financials GL to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead solution design efforts for enterprise financial systems, with a primary focus on general ledger transformation within cloud-based ERP environments. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation participants to translate requirements into scalable future-state designs that support compliance, performance, and global finance operations. The position also emphasizes hands-on leadership across configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, and end-user enablement in complex financial deployments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own the complete solution design for enterprise ERP Financials, with attention to scalability, compliance, and performance
- Lead stakeholder workshops to convert business requirements into future-state designs
- Oversee configuration, testing, and end-user training/support processes
- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams for seamless design execution
- Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with cloud financial systems, particularly ERP financials
- Completed one full general ledger implementation and experience with financial accounting hub functionality
- Hands-on design proficiency across various finance processes and modules
- Expertise in integrations, reporting, and data migration in ERP environments
- Capability to manage complex global financial designs, including multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency structures
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities; consulting background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships

Pay
$145,000 – $170,000 annually
