Digital Commerce Project Manager – Marketplaces & Integrations

About the role

The Digital Project Manager supports execution across the client's global eCommerce and marketplace ecosystem. They drive delivery, ensure operational stability, and coordinate cross-functional execution across a complex digital commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned digital and technical initiatives including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
• Support ongoing marketplace operations and ensure platform stability across global and regional storefronts
• Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot platform, integration, and marketplace issues and help unblock delivery
• Act as a central coordination point across Engineering, QA, Product, IT, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital or technical project management within eCommerce or digital delivery environments
• Experience supporting multi-team, multi-platform initiatives
• Exposure to marketplace or third-party commerce ecosystems strongly preferred
• Familiarity with integrations and platform environments (OMS, middleware, order systems, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn complex systems

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience with Amazon and/or TikTok marketplaces
