Position Summary

The Digital Campaign Manager position oversees and implements digital marketing efforts for the college by performing a variety of integrated digital inbound and outbound marketing to increase the college's visibility through the development and distribution of information and materials.

Essential Functions

  • Execute marketing and recruitment campaign strategies including website, digital & PPC marketing, adwords, paid media, SEO, etc. for target audiences based on standard market research data results.
  • Aid the Director of Marketing and Communications with outlining yearly digital marketing strategy for the Office of Admissions, The Graduate School of Education, and the Development Department, as needed.
  • Oversee communications operations (email scheduling, recipient lists, reports, drip campaigns) via Slate CRM.
  • Manage and maintain website SEO.
  • Supervise the Digital Campaign Coordinator including training, development, performance, and delegation of tasks. Provide optimization recommendations and analytic insights on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Web and Analytics Developer to ensure our analytics and tracking of all marketing campaigns and SEO efforts are in place, create dashboards to review results.
  • Cook up with the creative and media teams on campaign assets, ensure timely delivery for launching campaigns.
  • Serve as an assistant liaison with 3rd party vendors, assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the College and its departments and professionally represent College in all business interactions and settings.
  • Provide support on and/or lead other projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications, and participate in committees and other forums that address the role of marketing at the College.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or working in related fields.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, MNTN, Spotify, and other self-serve ad platforms.
  • Extensive experience working in a CRM and familiarity with Google Analytics is required.

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Experience with Slate CRM.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products.
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.
  • Prior work with a liberal arts college/university.
  • Familiarity with nontraditional digital communications such as video, podcasts, and photographs.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
