Digital / BIM Manager - Rail & Systems

Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Manager - Rail & Systems in our Sacramento, CA office to work on the CA HSR project. This position is based in Sacramento, CA and will require relocation for any candidates outside the local area.

Qualifications

• Designer background in one of the system disciplines (track, OCS, train control/signalling, or telecom) or at least in Civil.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Proven experience in BIM project management for railway and complex systems projects.
• In-depth knowledge of railway systems (track, OCS, signaling, telecom, etc.).
• Excellent coordination, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience. At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Manager on major infrastructure projects - at least one experience on railway projects.
• Engineering degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Additional Information

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $165,000 annually. Compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
