About the Opportunity
The Digital Banking Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and technical support for all electronic banking products and services. This position ensures that both consumer and business customers effectively use online and mobile banking platforms, contributing to the organization's aim of providing seamless banking experiences. The role supports multiple departments and adapts to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist personal and business customers with online banking account access and password resets.
- Ensure customers use compatible browsers for electronic devices.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries from online banking and website users.
- Support online account opening processes.
- Provide assistance with Online and Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Bill Pay services.
- Affirm business customers with Cash Management Services such as wire transfers, ACH originations, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and Autobooks.
- Review maintenance reports for accuracy of online banking registrations.
- Handle installation, maintenance, and support of cash management systems.
- Ensure all required authorizations, agreements, and contracts are maintained.
- Review and approve mobile deposits daily.
- Maintain Disaster Recovery Forms and Procedures.
- Provide backup support within the Electronic Banking Department.
- Stay informed of relevant legal and regulatory compliance.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed.
- Support loss prevention and security measures related to the position.
Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving sitting, twisting, bending, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, and hearing.
- Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $26 to $27 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
