About the role
Serve as a strategic bridge and leader between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions. Emphasizes process analysis, solution feasibility, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption, ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic bridge and leader between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Analyze business needs and translate them into governed, scalable solutions
- Translate business needs into technically feasible, platform-aligned designs
- Lead larger scale analysis projects and assist other analysts in learning the discipline
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a business analyst, technical analyst, or hybrid role
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and designing solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions
- Ability to translate business needs into technically feasible, platform-aligned designs
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low-code/no-code platforms in governed environments
