Digital Asset Operations Analyst

About the role

This full-time, on-site Digital Asset Operations Analyst role is based in Pune City and focuses on supporting the operational lifecycle of digital financial assets. The analyst will monitor digital asset transactions and balances, reconcile data across internal systems and external platforms, and ensure timely and accurate processing of asset movements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational trends, identify discrepancies or risks, and collaborate with finance, accounting, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain clear documentation of workflows and controls.
• Follow regulatory and internal compliance guidelines while contributing to a reliable and efficient digital asset operations environment.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
• Clear and professional communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Foundational finance skills to understand digital asset products, markets, and transaction flows.
• Customer service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve operational issues, and support a positive user experience.
• Basic accounting skills for reconciliations, ledger updates, and variance tracking.
• Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services operations is beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and enterprise systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints and follow established controls and compliance standards.
