Digital Asset Operations Analyst

About the Role

AI Insiders is seeking a Digital Asset Operations Analyst to join our team in Indore. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing and tracking digital financial assets and related data, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting in alignment with internal standards. The analyst will support daily operational workflows, including monitoring asset movements, reviewing transaction histories, and resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with finance, partnerships, and operations teams to produce clear dashboards and summaries, and providing responsive support to internal and external partners regarding asset status and documentation. The analyst will also contribute to process improvements, risk controls, and documentation to maintain reliable, scalable asset operations across AI Insiders activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track digital financial assets and related data.
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting in alignment with internal standards.
• Support daily operational workflows, including monitoring asset movements and reviewing transaction histories.
• Resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, partnerships, and operations teams to produce clear dashboards and summaries.
• Provide responsive support to internal and external partners regarding asset status and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements, risk controls, and documentation for scalable asset operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools; comfort with digital platforms and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in managing sensitive information, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in technology, AI, or startup ecosystems is beneficial but not required.
