Digital Asset Manager II

Responsibilities
- Manage the developer asset lifecycle from initial request to reviews, approvals, handoff and archiving
- Serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing and managing developer communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and clear communication
- Receive and organize the digital assets into the Digital Asset Management platform
- Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative brief alignment
- Escalate assets requiring Business Affairs clearances
- Maintain trackers, ensuring accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resources
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager
- Ability to foster and maintain valuable one-on-one relationships with Developers
- Experience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork management
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their lifecycle
- Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides
- Experience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio files
- Proven record of being highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Airtable
- Proven record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excels at being self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output
- Deep understanding and passion for technology, apps, and games on the Store
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative Agency experience is a plus
- Experience with Store and familiarity with games and apps
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
