Position Overview

Rugs USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to oversee the organization, governance, distribution, and lifecycle management of creative assets across the business. This role will be based out of our Cranbury, NJ photo studio and serve as the central steward of the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem.

Essential Job Functions

• Own and manage the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring assets are organized, searchable, and accessible to stakeholders across the organization.

• Develop and maintain asset governance standards, metadata structures, taxonomy frameworks, naming conventions, and usage guidelines.

• Establish and enforce best practices for asset ingestion, tagging, categorization, archiving, retention, and expiration.

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all digital asset repositories.

• Monitor asset usage rights, licensing agreements, and expiration dates to ensure compliance.
