Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day content strategy implementation, including developing and executing content plans to support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Short-form, vertical video development, optimized for specific social channels.
  • Aid in the production, scheduling, and delivery of digital campaign management, integrating the goals of diverse stakeholders, and participating in strategic decision-making for audience selection and segmentation.
  • Identify trends and insights and make recommendations to optimize online HMH presence and opportunities.
  • Measure and report the performance of campaigns and social presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement content, programs, and campaigns that support established goals.
  • Perform social media listening/topic reporting as necessary.
  • Report on relevant social media trends.
  • Lead development and execution of network TikTok strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, business, marketing, IT, or a combination of related coursework and experience that equates to four (4) years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years (which increases to 9 years if no degree) of experience in digital communications/marketing, campaign planning, social media, and/or website creation and maintenance.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects and integrate the goals of diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinkers with a data-driven approach and a passion for driving results.
  • Understanding of consumer analytics with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Expertise in digital content creation, applying the standards of strong usability and user experience principles.
  • Ability to create and execute both short-and long-term marketing plans.
  • Flexible work style and ability to work within a diverse team.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign results and making optimization recommendations.
  • Keen eye for interpreting data and identifying themes in data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated team player, able to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
