Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the mobile app strategy, roadmap, and user experience.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors to develop and enhance app functionality.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email, SMS, push notifications, customer segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
  • Analyze customer behavior and app performance to optimize engagement, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve app and CRM performance.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and CRM technology partners to ensure successful project execution and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Mobile Apps, CRM, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing consumer-facing mobile apps and CRM/lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Consumer Brand or CPG Experience Is Preferred.
  • Knowledge of Korean consumer trends or K-pop culture is a plus.
