Digital Solutions Manager

About the role

Townsquare Ignite is a digital media sales position that involves working closely with a team. It's a hybrid, in-field role focused on digital marketing solutions for local businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and meet digital sales goals individually and for the team
• Build relationships with local businesses and agencies to act as a trusted marketing partner
• Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems tailored to each customer
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise during virtual and in-person meetings
• Cultivate new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to grow existing business
• Own the pre- and post-sale process to exceed customer expectations and deliver results
• Interpret performance reports and make campaign recommendations for incremental sales
• Create future value for Townsquare while delivering immediate results
• Determine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long-term solutions
• Coach, mentor, and train the sales team on digital product offerings and digital industry trends

Qualifications

• Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement
• Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic)
• Proven track record of success in growing new business
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills
• IAB Certification (preferred)
• Bachelor's/Associate's degree
• Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience
• PowerPoint, Excel experience
