Job Description
Agile Defense is seeking a Digital/AI Integration Coach to empower the implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions across the Department of War (DoW) ecosystem. This hybrid role combines technical expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will act as a trusted advisor and educator, guiding mission stakeholders in the effective application of AI technologies to solve operational challenges.
- Teach and coach users on AI-P, Palantir Foundry, and related tools, ensuring stakeholders understand both the technical foundations and how to apply these tools to meet business and mission needs.
- Help stakeholders define data definitions, business logic, and governance policies while advising on the integration of MAVEN Smart Systems (MSS) for operational and predictive analytics.
Required Skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, or AI engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on Generative AI and LLMs
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills, with a passion for explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Palantir Foundry or MAVEN Smart Systems
- NORTHCOM CCMD experience
- Open-source contributions or published research in AI
- Certifications in AI Ethics, Responsible AI, or Cloud AI Architecture
- Familiarity with adversarial AI testing and red-teaming practices
