AI Studio Coach

About the role

AI Studio Coaches are part technical mentor, part project manager, and part educator. They support undergraduate teams as they work on industry-sponsored AI and machine learning projects, providing guidance on technical problem-solving, project execution, teamwork, and professional growth. Coaches work with approximately 40–60 students across 8–10 teams and play a key role in helping Fellows successfully deliver real-world AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to undergraduate teams working on AI and machine learning projects.
• Help teams execute their projects effectively, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Facilitate teamwork among team members, enhancing collaboration and communication skills.
• Support Fellows in developing their professional skills and preparing for future careers in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Strong background in computer science, data science, or related field.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Passion for education and mentoring young professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in AI and machine learning.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in AI and machine learning.

Pay

• Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

Schedule
