About the role Provides advertising sales and production support for Illinois Farm Bureau’s (IFB) advertising and news platforms including FarmWeek, FarmWeekNow.com, RFD Radio Network, Partners magazine. How does this role make an impact? - Receives incoming and places outgoing sales calls regarding classified advertisements for assigned publications. Assists customers with classified ad ordering, duration, wording, payment and final publishing. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase advertising revenues across all platforms. - Works as member of the advertising team to help develop concepts and methods to implement promotional and outreach marketing projects. - Collaborates with team members and customers to understand specifications and organize projects to ensure specifications, deadlines and budget are met. - Assists with developing digital analytics reports for key stakeholders, including the Board. Utilizes data to assist in decision-making regarding news content, messaging and promotion. - May develop creative designs for print and digital display ads and other illustrations for IFB advertising and news platforms upon request. - Exercises professional leadership by keeping abreast of current trends, developments, technology and new opportunities within field of responsibility. Do you have what we're looking for? Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training. - Normal office environment. - Limited lifting for moving equipment and displays weighing up to 50 pounds. - Extensive computer work. - Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Base Pay Range: $62,000-$85,250 The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience. Incentive Pay:In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan. Why work with us?
