Digital Account Strategist

Duration: 5 months | Hours per week: 40 | Location: Onsite in Hoboken, NJ

This position serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, helping to develop strategic advertising recommendations, manage campaign execution, deliver performance insights, and identify revenue growth opportunities. Responsibilities

• Manage client advertising campaigns and associated revenue performance
• Build strategic campaign recommendations aligned to client business goals and marketing objectives
• Lead campaign kickoff meetings and ongoing performance discussions with clients
• Coordinate end-to-end creative development between clients and internal creative teams
• Partner with campaign management teams on campaign activation, trafficking, optimization, and delivery
• Ensure accurate campaign reporting and collaborate with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights
• Provide regular campaign updates and performance recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Support proposal development, deal evaluations, revisions, and client follow-up activities
• Identify opportunities to expand client investment and drive incremental revenue growth
• Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Resolve campaign issues, provide technical guidance, and manage escalations when necessary
• Support monthly billing processes and ensure campaign delivery accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and client outcomes
• Mentor and support junior team members while promoting operational excellence
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, revenue goals, and account management objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns and client relationships in a media, advertising, retail media, or related environment
• Strong ability to develop strategic media recommendations and translate business objectives into effective campaign plans
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and campaign performance
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Experience working with advertising technology platforms, analytics tools, data management platforms (DMPs), and performance reporting
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accountability
• Comfort working independently while collaborating across sales, marketing, analytics, creative, and operations teams
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage multiple priorities, and adapt within a complex, fast-moving organization
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify upsell opportunities and support long-term client growth strategies
• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
