About the role
The Digital Account Manager plays a crucial role in leading the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for KWSM's diverse client base. This position requires a strong background in agency experience, particularly in client-facing roles, and a proven track record in managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- The account team leader, guiding the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Proactive and relationship-focused with clients, educating them and communicating our strategic approach while advocating for their success
- A strong problem-solver, focused on results and quality control
- A team player who leads through digital expertise and consistent skills development
- Able to drive the performance of our campaigns through integrated marketing tactics including paid advertising, branding, email and social media marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization
- Manage multiple client accounts in various industries, understanding business objectives and setting meaningful KPIs
Requirements
- Marketing degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven performance managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, and digital ads
- Advanced understanding of performance metrics including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing KPIs, and social media analytics
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to set boundaries
- Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication
- Highly dependable, uncommonly organized individual with a passion for digital marketing and team collaboration
