About the role

The Wealshire, a family-oriented dementia/Alzheimer’s care company, seeks an experienced Dietary Cook for their Bloomington care facility.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals for residents - Ensure adherence to dietary guidelines and preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role - Valid food handler’s certification - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

- Strong culinary skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Skills

- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment - Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions
