About the role

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Lead Dietitian position at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison. The hospital is a 440-bed acute care facility and Level II Trauma Center, consistently recognized for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute at least 50% of their time to patient care
• Aid in training, mentoring, and supervising inpatient RDs
• Support ongoing Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
• Assume projects and other tasks, as assigned by the Clinical Nutrition Manager

Requirements

• Master's degree with ACEND coursework and supervised practice
• For those eligible before 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with ACEND coursework and supervised practice
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials by CDR
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
• 7+ months general supervision experience
• 3 years specialized practitioner experience in a clinical specialty

Qualifications

• Interest in management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• A strong commitment to excellence in patient care
• At least 5 years acute care clinical experience with Registered Dietitian credentials
• Licensed in Wisconsin
