This is a Part-Time (0.6 FTE), Day Shift position working 0900-1500, four shifts per week from Sunday to Wednesday.

About the role

The Infant Nutrition Technician (INT) is responsible for the preparation and delivery of infant and pediatric enteral formula and breast milk preparations. The INT reviews feeding plans and medical orders to address the specific nutritional needs of each infant for accurate preparation of feedings. Preparations and techniques must adhere to all sanitary regulations, regulatory agencies standards, and the health care facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver infant and pediatric enteral formula and breast milk preparations.
  • Review feeding plans and medical orders to ensure accurate preparation of feedings.
  • Adhere to sanitary regulations, regulatory agency standards, and healthcare facility guidelines.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in nutrition or Healthcare.
  • 1 year of work experience in the healthcare field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (upon hire).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $30.26 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
