Dietary Supervisor Day Shift

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and special diets for our residents
• Manage and maintain inventory, ordering and receiving food and supplies as needed
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and dietary policies to meet the nutritional needs of our residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
• Ensure high-quality food service, presentation, and presentation, while maintaining a clean and safe environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in dietary supervision or management
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
