Responsibilities
- Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift.
- Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.
Qualifications
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Two years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field.
- ServSafe certification required by law.
- One year of leadership experience preferred.
