About the role
Homestead of Elk City is looking for a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary staff.
Responsibilities
- Works under the general supervision of the community's Administrator.
- Assures that all items needed to prepare foods on the menu are available to dietary staff.
- Assures that appropriate inventories of food, supplies and equipment are available.
- Maintains and keeps accurate accounting for all budgets assigned, and informs Administrator prior to spending monies in excess of the budget.
- Is responsible for staffing the dietary department, following facility policies when hiring, orienting, and disciplining employees.
