About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Supervisor to oversee weekend coverage (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and ensure the high-quality delivery of nutritional services to our patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
• Manage a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure all patients receive the nutrition care they need
• Ensure that all food and supplies are ordered, stored, and issued in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of patients and comply with regulatory agencies
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food is prepared and served to high standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budget tracking
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all patients' needs are met
