What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
- Follow therapeutic diets and special meal requirements
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Work closely with the dietary team to ensure timely meal service
- Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For
- Prior cooking experience (healthcare or institutional setting preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
