- Manage ingredients by suggesting creative ways to utilize leftovers and managing overstock efficiently
- Ensure quality control by accurately preparing, portioning, and serving meals based on recipes and dietary plans
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards
- Perform physical tasks such as safely lifting, bending, and twisting as needed during food preparation
Requirements
- Can follow menus and recipes to consistently produce high-quality meals
- Ensures meals are prepared and served on time
- Adapts easily to changing tasks and kitchen needs
- Works well in a team and can step into a leadership role when needed
