Cook Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader in the kitchen
- Work closely alongside the dietary director, dietary assistant, dietary aides, and cooks
- Guide all food functions implementing current federal state and local standards, guidelines and regulations
- Prepare meals in a timely manner
- Have time management skills
- Pull and properly store meat correctly
- Complete temp logs and cleaning schedules
Cook Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience as a Cook or similar role
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Preferred)
