As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our patients and residents. Your excellent communication skills will also enable you to effectively interact with our dietary team, patients, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including special diets and meals for patients with specific dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food and nutritional data
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our patients and residents
• Participate in meal service and plate presentation to ensure a high-quality patient experience
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information
