Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks for our residents, including special dietary needs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and implement meal service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Monitor food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain a menu that meets the nutritional needs of our residents
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
Qualifications
- Flair for culinary arts
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of special dietary needs and how to accommodate them
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
