We're looking for a dedicated Dietary Cook to join our team at Complete Care at Maple Grove. If you're a positive and energetic individual with a creative flair for food, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation and cooking while maintaining all quality standards.
• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, adhering to recipes, and ensuring every dish meets high standards for taste, nutrition, and presentation.
• Operate cooking equipment following established procedures and safety precautions.
• Manage meal service, including plating and serving food according to residents' dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations, including temperature checks and proper food storage.
• Assist in menu planning and inventory management, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh ingredients.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SafeServ Certification.
• Positive and energetic individual with creativity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Available to work weekends.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic, pureed) is preferred.
