Position 2: Part-Time Cook / Dietary Aide
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
- Follow special diets (mechanical soft, pureed, low sodium, etc.)
- Ensure food is prepared, served, and stored safely
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assist with inventory and food storage
- Work closely with dietary staff to ensure quality service
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines
- Strong time management skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
