About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and make timely decisions regarding treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current licensure to practice medicine in the state where the position is located.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
