About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and make timely decisions regarding treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state where the position is located.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
