About the role
Dietary Aides/Servers are responsible for the overall dining experience for our senior living residents. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and professional dining experience for residents
- Follow kitchen and dining protocols to meet facility standards
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements
- Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong passion for working with seniors
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented
- English language proficiency
