Schedule
Full time, day shift.
- Option 1: Two days per week, 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM with a one-hour break, and every other weekend.
- Option 2: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM with one day off through the week and every other weekend off.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily foodservice operations across café, patient dining, and sanitation areas, ensuring timely meal service, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer experiences.
- Prepare and support food and beverage production, including cold food preparation, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery while adapting to changing operational needs.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance by monitoring cleanliness, organizing work areas, and upholding health standards.
- Round with patients and café customers to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and enhance satisfaction with food quality and service.
- Support team success through effective communication, onboarding assistance, and collaboration with leadership to foster a positive, service-focused work environment.
Requirements
- Requires basic math skills. [Required]
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English. [Required]
- Able to communicate in English. [Required]
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. [Required]
- High School Graduate or Equivalent. [Required]
- Previous food service experience. [Preferred]
- Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM). [Preferred]
Pay
$13.90 - $22.24 per hour.
