About the role
The Diet Aide performs patient food service and dish duties under the supervision of Food & Nutrition Services leadership.
Responsibilities
- Obtain diet, supplement, and allergy information from reports and software
- Prepare food items and patient meal trays according to therapeutic diets and approved recipes
- Deliver meals to patient care units
- Return carts to the kitchen
