Dietary Aide

About the role

As a Dietary Assistant, you will clean food preparation areas and dishes and assist with the preparation of food trays and nourishments for residents.

Responsibilities

• Helps prepare hot and cold foods and beverages.
• Maintains and follows all meal schedules.
• Prepares trays with proper and accurate food items and transports meals.
• Prepares snacks and nourishments for residents.
• Cleans food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, glasses, and cups.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language clearly and understandably.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
