Diet Technician Supervisor

Essential Functions

• Checks patient trays, observing food quality, temperature, portion size, and adherence to menu.
• Supervises all food service areas including cash count/balance, register closing and general sanitation.
• Prepares production sheets for cooks and cold production.
• Writes out charges for enteral supplements and submits these to Pharmacy.
• Provides staff education for Foodservice personnel.
• Maintains department records, reports, and files as requested.

Compensation

Compensation: $17Hr. - $24 Hr. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
