Responsibilities
- Work within a small house elder care model, serving a geriatric population aged 62 to 85+, with some younger adults over 18.
- Prioritize elders' autonomy.
- Demonstrate caring communication.
- Made prompt care decisions.
- Work effectively in a self-directed team.
- Handle mental and emotional stress.
- Communicate in English.
- Be detail-oriented with strong literacy and interpersonal skills.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment confidently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in dietetic technology.
- Registered Dietetic Technician certification.
- PREFERRED: Supervisory and nutrition experience.
