About the role

Responsible for the preparation, storage and delivery of infant feedings as well as inventory, ordering, cleaning and sanitation. Performs as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Ensures customer satisfaction and good public relations through safe and efficient use of resources. Performs duties in compliance with performance improvement plans, TJC, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Assists the Registered Dietitian with nutrition care of patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, store, and deliver infant feedings
• Manage inventory, ordering, cleaning, and sanitation
• Function as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain customer satisfaction and public relations
• Ensure compliance with performance improvement plans, TJC, and licensing/accrediting regulations
• Assist Registered Dietitians with patient nutrition care

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required
• No experience required
• No license/registration/certification required
• Physical requirements: regularly lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 50 lbs; regularly standing/walking with objects up to 10 lbs; repetitive motions

Qualifications

• Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) credential preferred
• Background in nutrition, pharmacy, laboratory, and/or medically‑related field ideal

Pay

$17.35 – $24.82 per hour, plus evening/weekend shift differential.

Schedule

• Must work every other weekend (Saturday + Sunday) and every other holiday
• Shifts vary: 8 am‑4:30 pm, 8:30 am‑5 pm, 9 am‑5:30 pm, or 12 noon‑8:30 pm
• Preferred candidates able to work additional hours as needed during the week to provide vacation/sick leave coverage for full‑time techs
