Duties
- Service and repair work, including drive train, engine, steering, electrical, suspension, and brakes.
- Troubleshooting, inspections, and diagnostics.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Use computer skills and good verbal communication skills.
- Work independently and assist others as needed.
Physical and Safety Requirements
- Movement frequently, standing, walking, and sitting.
- Lifting and moving up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Reading and writing reports.
- Implementing and enforcing Health and Safety legislations, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- 5+ years relevant Truck Mechanic experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus.
- Able to obtain DOT Med Card.
