Responsibilities

• Work with cutting edge industry technologies.
• Work with a team you can rely on and develop your skill sets.
• Coach and encourage you every step of the way in well-equipped, safe facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance or complete engine overhauls.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Work with a working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions.
• Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies.
• Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems.
• Develop technical skills through training opportunities.
• Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Requirements

• Heavy equipment dealership experience is preferred.
