Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in workmanship, commitment to safety, and providing reliable, first-class service to customers.
• Work with cutting-edge industry technologies.
• Build your skillset with training opportunities.
• Perform routine maintenance or complete engine overhauls.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Develop technical skills through training opportunities.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Requirements

• Heavy equipment dealership experience is preferred.
• Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Team player mentality.
• Belief in safety first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check for positions with driving responsibilities.

Skills

• Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions.
• Ability to conduct inspections & diagnostic tests.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Ability to perform test equipment after repair or assembly.
• Ability to make necessary adjustments if required.
• Ability to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
