Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform visual inspections
- Remove parts and attachments
- Perform warranty repairs
- Execute preventative maintenance services
- Repair lights and wiring
- Weld, cut, and perform other repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
- Mechanical aptitude and technical ability
- Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Qualifications
- Proficient in communication, both oral and written
- Physically capable of standing for six to eight hours per shift
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, and feel
- Able to lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times during each shift
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Able to use hoist and test equipment
- Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials
Pay
- Flat rate compensation plan offered to well-qualified, proven efficient applicants
- Monthly bonus incentive based on upsales
Schedule
- 40 hours a week position
- Eligible for overtime
