Diesel Service Technician

Kocourek Ford is looking for an experienced and motivated Diesel Technician to join the service team. If you have strong technical skills, a passion for diesel engines, and a desire to work in a supportive, high-energy environment, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related systems in Ford trucks and commercial vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting using Ford diagnostic tools and service information
• Ensure repairs meet Ford's quality and safety standards
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used
• Stay up to date on the latest Ford diesel technology and training

Requirements

• Ford Diesel Technician certification (preferred) or willingness to complete training
• Minimum 2 years of diesel repair experience (Ford experience a plus)
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
