Diesel Mechanic/ Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and related equipment in various industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with diesel engines and associated systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks and replacements as needed
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in diesel mechanics
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of diesel engine operation and repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
